10 ways to improve vision naturally without glasses

 People who have vision problems normally think there are two ways to fix them.  either get LASIK or wear corrective lenses. What if I said you could improve your vision with exercise and natural DIY remedies before you set out on the road to attaining Eagle vision or something close to it,



Number 1: keep your eyes clean

                                        


   You most likely start with a good face wash every morning.



Well your eyes need proper hygiene to cold water is just fine for removing all the waste that collects in your eyes overnight. If you add trifle a powder to water, you'll get a more effective wash that will help relieve eyestrain and improve your vision. Use it twice a day before and after bed and it's calming incense but still, if you were in contact keep your hands and lenses clean, wash your hands before putting them on and disinfect your lenses properly.





 Number 2: Use the warm hand technique


  

This remedy is an Ayurveda technique. Yes, that was the really old healing system from India. Rub your palms to make them more and keep them in your eyes for one minute.  try this exercise. Like any muscles, your eyes need some good old exercise to stay strong. Quick note, don't look at the light for a few minutes after the relaxation session.






 Number 3: Try the round the clock exercise





This exercise will require some imagination, not just muscle work. Sit down and close your eyes. No peeking. Imagine there's an old school clock in front of you. Now find the numbers 12 and six on it. Keep your eyes closed and rotate them clockwise from 12 to six Do this five times.
Imagine the clock, locate those numbers. Don't move. Once again. Good job. Two more times. This exercise can help fix blurry vision problems. Got it. Now let's do the same in the opposite direction. Move your eyes counterclockwise.


Once again, good job, your eyes should still be closed. And one more time, you're giving your eyes a good workout. to spice it up. You can try going from imaginary three to imaginary nine as well.



 Number 4; Draw geometric figures with your gaze

 Another exercise requiring imagination. This time we'll do it with our eyes wide open. Let's remember some basic geometry and try drawing figures with our eyes. How about we start with The triangle. That was easy. Now draw a bigger one. No rush. Take your time. Let's continue. Practice with a circle.

Number 5:Ppractice analytic vision



Have you ever wanted to have the superpower of seeing through things, here's your chance to practice it a bit? Focus on any object in the room and imagine what it looks like on the inside element by element. Now trace all those details with your gaze. Let's try doing it for 10 seconds. What are that edge and this line, don't stick on just one point around quickly. Now look at the object does one hole Got one? Does it look clearer to you? You can take this one level higher and practice with words. Imagine a word bubble coming out of a person's mouth and read it quickly letter by letter. Don't forget to blink extensively while doing this.




Number 6: Blink extensively


        
As you stare at your computer screen all day for most of the day and get focused on it often forget to blink. So take a break every 15 minutes. It's important to help your eyes relax and rehydrate.




Supplement your eye gymnastics with a diet rich and foods good for eye health. Carrots, kale, spinach, liver, Swiss chard, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and butter are rich and lutein and vitamin A omega-three fatty acids, vitamin C D and E, zinc and carotenoids also work miracles for your vision. If you don't want to take them in pill form and the foods we mentioned sound too plain, spice it all up. There are plenty of recipes online. And before you say they're boring and not yummy at all. Here's just one example. Salmon cakes are extremely rich in omega threes. You're going to need three teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, one small onion, one celery stock, two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley 15 ounces drained canned salmon, boneless, skinless or one and a half cups cooked salmon, and one large egg. Here's what you need to do. chop the onion and parsley. Dice the celery and lightly beat the egg in preparation for culinary magic. heat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.





Number 7: Eat foods that are good for your eyes.

Put some cooking spray on your baking sheet.
Pour one and a half teaspoons of oil into a large nonstick skillet to heat over medium-high heat. Add the onion, celery, and parsley and cook it for about three minutes while Storing constantly remove the skillet from the heat. Put the salmon into a medium bowl, mixing the egg and add the onion sauce breadcrumbs, add some pepper. Mix everything well and split into eight patties. Put the remaining oil in a pan and cook the patties for two to three minutes so that the underside turned golden. Then put them on the baking sheet and place them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Take it for two to three months with no gaps and you'll see visible results not only for your eyes but for your overall health.




Number 9: Try Armand phenol and crystal sugar powder


If making fresh juice every day sounds like too much work for you try making a powder that you can add some milk before bed, you're going to need 60 almonds 16 tablespoons of fennel seeds, and 12 tablespoons of crystal sugar, crying the ingredients into a fine powder. Keep it in a glass or plastic jar away from sunlight. Two tablespoons of the powder mixed with warm cow's milk before bed will do good not only to your eyesight but your brain and overall health. Make it your final drink of the day because you can't take anything for one to two hours after drinking it. Try a two or three-month course for starters and then take a break. 

And now that you've had a delicious break, it's time for today's final exercise.





Number 10: Practice focusing


Take a pencil or a pen and hold it in front of your face at arm's length. If you don't have a pencil nearby, try it with your thumb. Start Moving your thumb slowly towards your face, keep you focused on it. Continue until you can no longer maintain focus. It's ideal if you can manage to touch your nose with it. Now move it back to arm's length. Let's repeat that nine more times. Stretch your arm out. Now slowly move it towards your face and back.

Once again, out to your nose, and back. While you do this, remember that it's a great exercise for your eye pressure and relieving tension. five more times, to your nose and back, three to one and done. Repeat the exercises for a few minutes every day.
